Cannot download Fusion 360 personal

Steps to reproduce
I'm using the https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/personal link, I've filled all fields and got to the
"Thank you for downloading Fusion 360
If your download does not begin automatically, please try again." screen (https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/appstream), but nothing is happening

Expected results
I expected either to download the software or have some kind of meaningful error message

Actual results
I got "Thank you for downloading Fusion 360
If your download does not begin automatically, please try again."

As far as I understand this is now the only way to download Eagle for Linux
