Cannot choose "Operating System", therefore cannot install

After trying to install from student sign in screen it prompts you to select a version of inventor, your OS, and the language. After you choose one, the next drop down menu activates allowing you to choose the next one (ex: Once you choose Inventor 2016, you can then select an OS) but the issue is when you click the OS drop down menu there are no options, therefore you cannot choose a language and cannot click Install Now. I've attached a screenshot with the instance.inventor download bug.PNG

Hi @Anonymous & @Anonymous

Thanks for reporting the issue and sorry for the inconvenience! This might be related to another system issue in Education Community which we are currently working on. So the download is temporarily unavailable to prevent further occurrence of the issue. We appreciate your understanding and patience!

Hi @Anonymous,

In the meantime, suggest you download the 30 days free trial version from our Autodesk free trial page. Please use this for now. We'll post more information when the issue is resolved.

Hello there,

I had the same problem, but i managed to fix it and get my licence (the problem is in the clientlibs.min.js script at line 184: m+=this.i18n["os-"+l.key[k].toLowerCase()];) so what i did is delete the method toLowerCase() and replace the origin line by: m+=this.i18n["os-"+l.key[k]]; by clicking ctr+shift+i to open the developper tools and search in the console tab for:

Uncaught TypeError: l.key[k].toLowerCase is not a function
at d.populateOsDropDown (clientlibs.min.js:184) <<CLICK HERE AT THIS LINE AND MAKE THE MODIFICATION
at d.setSelectedRelease (clientlibs.min.js:204)
at d.onVersionChanged (clientlibs.min.js:445)
at HTMLSelectElement.ce (jquery.min.js:133)
at HTMLSelectElement.dispatch (jquery.min.js:1305)
at HTMLSelectElement.cm.handle (jquery.min.js:1210)

after that click ctr+s to save and change the version to make the script work again and you will notice that two choices added to the operating system marked as undefined for the both of theme the first choice is for windows and the second is for MacOs (im not sure). the rest is simple

Hope this will help you

I've just tried on the education portal and I did have to reload the page as it appeared blocked.

But once reloaded, I was able to request ACAD 2019.
