can't uninstall inventor program

Hello, when i try to instal inventor 2017 and i had some problems. I cancel instalation, and i try to remove this files. I cant remove some files, and i cant uinstal program on windows settings, because system see complete program but i cant uinstal this because windows not found files... When i try instal inventor, on instal aplication i  have information "inventor is installed". I cant uinstal, delete and instal inventor... what i can do ? restore factory settings and lose everything ? i tried delete all autodesk files from computer and nothing..

Are you trying to uninstall using windows control panel?

See the attached link for a clean uninstall.

 


Windows 10 x64 -16GB Ram
Intel i7-6700 @ 3.41ghz
nVidia GTS 250 - 1 GB
Inventor Pro 2018

This type of question should be posting in the Autodesk Installation and Licensing forum.  I will have the moderator relocate it there to better suit your needs.

 

Anyhow to your issue,  I would recommend that you perform a clean uninstall per these instructions.  Make sure to use the Microsoft Fixit tool as indicated in those steps.

 

NOTE: The information within the article is solely based on you performing a clean uninstall of all "core" Autodesk products on your machine.  In certain situations, you will most likely not be removing all of your Autodesk products to resolve a given issue.  If that's the case, you'll need to adjust those settings and locations within the article to make sure you are not impacting those other Autodesk products you plan on leaving on your machine.
