Can't type in email to verify license

I'm seeing an issue with one of our users where it will pop up normally to sign into Autodesk Account, but the email field will not allow us to input anything.  We end up having to close CAD and relaunch Civil 3d 2024.2.

Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thanks.

Are you using multiple monitors?

I will see if I can dig one up - it looks like a totally normal input for email, but you can't type there.

Yes.  Its not a problem with the email prompt displaying - it just won't accept input., which is wierd.

Had to search through my emails to find it - here is the sign in prompt, looks completely normal, but we can't type anything in it.

Please review this Autodesk article:

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/You-Autodesk-softw...

Also, make sure all of the updates for the software AND Autodesk are installed. MCD

Thanks Mike, I looked at that as part of my diagnosing.  The Email prompt comes up with the normal frequency (about every two-three weeks).

After it happened the second time I installed all the updates I could find.

We will see if this happens again.  Thanks.

What if you start a browser and sign in to you Autodesk account? Once signed in, you should be able to start a program and be signed in automatically.
