Can't run a free trial of 3ds max

Hey guys.
I want to try out 3DS Max free trial version in order to get to know the program, but when I download the free trial and have login with my account. There is no way to run the 3DS Max software... It says I have 30 days left. Please see the attached file below.

@rushabhthakkar_910  They did, it's their image

 

Known issue for a lot of people that they can't use the trial. 

 

Why Pendean told them to call
