Last week I purchased a month of Arnold hoping to use it commercially to give it a real production run to see how I like it. It installed without to much trouble. But licensing has been a unsuccessful nightmare.
First it crashed running the license server, said check the logs for errors, and the path to the log didn't exist. I contacted support, and have yet to hear anything.... that was a week ago.
So I saw that as it ran it created some rpm's and a install script. I looked through the script and it looked like it was trying to install 3 of the rpm's so I by hand alien installed those 3 rpm's . Great after a restart it doesn't complain about the license server not being installed.
Now it says arnold product is not registered. I click register it takes a while and asks for my password. I enter... wait a while and it says, "Failed to register Arnold product" no errors.
I'm stuck no way to register it. Already burned through a week of my month license. Support isn't responding. I scheduled a call but that's in another week after my 30 days is half over.
with the watermark it looks like arnold is pretty amazing. And I feel like if it was licensed easy I would have already just purchased the year rental. but autodesk licensing/support is really making me sad.
So I'm out of ideas, thus posting on the forums to see if this is more helpful than the other 2 ways of contacting support.

Yes I have an email requesting support that has been active for over a week without anyone responding....
Case 16160888
I have updated it with as much info as I can, but without a response I'm at a loss.
at the link you suggested under licensing you'll find:
