CAN'T INSTALL ANYTHING FROM AUTODESK - 1603

Hi! I have been trying to install AutoCAD and Inventor 2018 & 2019 & 2020 & 2021, on every version I am getting an error it is usually Error 1603. I have tried everything that says on Autodesk forums, help, customer service was no help. Could you please help me to install any Autodesk app, It's so frustrating I have been working on it days, even installed clean windows 10 but was no help either. I have tried the error diagnostic tool it wasn't able to address the issue

Yes, here is a setup .log Just tried to install Autocad 2021.

@Anonymous - there should be a much larger, verbose log file in the %temp% folder.

Also, have you seen this?

I have installed a file called all in one runtimes it solved the problem.
