Can't install 3ds max 2016

While installing 3ds max 2016 i am getting 0 bytes required and cannt install 3ds max while backburner, civil view, and other sare installed but not 3ds max. I have attached the screenshot for that. Please reply as soon as possible

Sorry to hear about the issue. I would recommend running performing the following:

Run the Microsoft Fix It Tool
Perform a clean uninstall
Reinstall from the virtual agent
