Can't activate Autodesk Inventor Professional 2020

Hello,

When starting Autodesk Inventor Professional  2020 after installation, the activation with Serial/Key doesn't work. It says that the Serial/Key is invalid. The Serial/Key I typed in was the given one when clicking on "Inventor Professional" in "Products & Services". I need it to be activated and hope you can help me.

Thanks

So in manage.autodesk.com there's a serial # listed for your Inventor Pro 2020?

When you installed did you select Inventor or Inventor Pro ?

When you launch Inventor does it stated Inventor Pro?

Hello Mark,
in manage.autodesk.com there is a serial/key for Inventor Professional Pro 2020.
When I'm on manage.autodesk.com, on the left side I click on "All Products & Services", then on
"Product Design & Manufacturing Collection (Subscription)" to view all items and there is Inventor Professional 2020 listed, with a Serial/Key. I used the "Inventor Professional 2020" installer when clicking on "Inventor Professional". When starting Inventor Professional 2020 after successfull installation, I chose "enter a serial number" and it says the serial/key I typed in is invalid. Currently I can only use the 30 day trial, but I really need it to be activated. I appended some screenshots.

Thanks

Your issue is...   You have a network (multi-user) subscription for your Collection.   2020-01-23_10-00-09.jpg  You don't select serial #, you select Multi User on the Let's Get Started dialog and then enter the name of the machine that host your network license file or LMTOOLS

Have you updated or generated your license file?

Do you have the license manager installed and configured?

Hello Mark,

That was the first thing I tried at the beginning, but this also didn't work, so I thought I need to activate it with a serial. I got the error "Network License Not Available" with "Error[0.0.0]" when tried to get a license (after selecting multi-user). But I figured out the problem now: The vendor daemon  and FLEXNet License Manager running on the license server were outdated, I updated them and it's working now. Thank you for your help.
