Having confirmed the eligibility on the website, however the Inventor can't be opened, still prompting that the access is expired.
My Autodesk DeskTop Application is also stuck or shot down automatically.

Hi, first of all check, that you update modules for
Autodesk Licensing Service - 13.1.0.8534 - Win - Update
and
Single Sign On Component-V13.7.7-2020.7 SecurityFix English-US 64-Bit
(in your account via https://manage.autodesk.com )
Then sign out in Autodesk Application for PC and reboot.

Hello, thanks for your suggestion, however I can't find any product in my dashboard,
if further click "buy now", then there's no cue for applying educational plan
Sincerely
For a chatBot's instruction, I've tried finding products in education community,
that's the page where I get confirmed,
however, after clicking the "get started" button below, it only bring me back to the page (the second image) and nothing different happens
download it first from the educational side and see if shows up
Also, both are the same account yet?

@b08502028, Try a different browser and try using incognito mode too. Also try rebooting your system.
If these don't work, contact educational support. https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

Hello, as the pitures showed above, I can't find a way to download products because clicking "get started" below the product will only redirect me back to the page.
Get if from where you were at:
or you can get it from AVA ( AVA.AUTODESK.COM )
Thanks for all your helps!
I tried downloading from link in education/support, <https://www.autodesk.com/education/students >
and found that the page content had been updated so I can click "get product" (not "get started")
then before the download finished, I received an email from autodesk just now and Inventor is reactivated.
thanks! this issue is solved.
