Autodesk FeatureCAM 2019

I would like someone to help me install FC 2019.

I'm not going to criticize, but this should be a simple job, it does not look like that......

what is the details of the problem you are having? Is it an upgrade or a new install? are there errors popping up? if so what do they say?

If you have not done so already, I recommend that you use the Browser Download method to download the Autodesk FeatureCAM Ultimate 2019 installer from your Autodesk Account.

 

If you encounter issues during the installation process, I recommend that you create and submit a case from your Autodesk Account to report them.

I did download  2019.3 ,I tried to open and i got this.

I suggest that you try setting the ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE system environment variable and point it to the license server; please refer to this article in the Autodesk Knowledge Network (AKN).

Hello @Anonymous, 

 

Welcome.

I see you have a multi-user network license, please follow the workflow below to set up your license manager to make sure it is set up properly. 

 

A license file first needs to be generated or requested here: 

1. Generate a Network License File in your Autodesk Account or Requesting a Network License File

 

*If you need help Finding Your Host Name and Physical Address

 

Then, the NLM needs to be installed and setup:  

2. Make sure you meet the NLM requirements to Install & Configure it 

3. Then, on each Client computer at launch, specify a License Server "2080@ServerName"

 

If you have done all of the above, Start/Stop the NLM Service:

  • Make sure the current version of Lmtools 11.14.1.3 is installed
  • Start/Stop/Reread Tab > Select FlexNet Service (should only be 1 Autodesk service) > Check Box Force Server Shutdown > Select Stop Server Button > Uncheck Box Force Server Shutdown > Start Server > Server Start Successful. (should appear below)
  • Verify users are pulling licenses

 

If you continue to have an issue please locate the Config Services Tab > View Log Button

Please attach the results.
