what is the details of the problem you are having? Is it an upgrade or a new install? are there errors popping up? if so what do they say?

If you have not done so already, I recommend that you use the Browser Download method to download the Autodesk FeatureCAM Ultimate 2019 installer from your Autodesk Account.
If you encounter issues during the installation process, I recommend that you create and submit a case from your Autodesk Account to report them.
