Autodesk Docs (used to be BIM 360 Docs)... assigning entitlements?

We have 100 seats of Autodesk Docs. This used to be referred to as BIM 360 Docs. 

Is managing user access/assigning entitlements to this the same as it is for any other product, BIM Collaborate Pro for instance?

I am contract manager and can assign named user access to BIM Collaboration Pro.  So when I go to manage.autodesk.com > User Management > By Product > BIM Collaborate Pro  I can see and manage all 50 users.

Isn't this the same for assigning entitlement to for Autodesk Docs... in that, it is a Named User Entitlement ?
