autoCAD2012 crashes at start

We have a windows 7 desktop with 2 user logins. AutoCAD 12 opens and works fine in the one user but crashes as soon as it starts in the other user. We have done a fresh install with the same results. We looked at the services and start up programs and they are they same for both users.

Is the other user still logged in and accessing AutoCAD 2012? Or is the user completely logged out before the other user logs in?

Update: When it crashes, do you see any message? To me is sounds like the 2nd user doesn't have the proper rights to write to the machine and registry.
