The error message you provided indicates that an exception occurred in the vl.crx ARX command. However, without further context or information about the specific software or application you are using, it is difficult to provide a detailed solution.

Generally, an unhandled exception (such as the one indicated by the error code c0000027) means that an unexpected error occurred during the execution of a program, and the program was unable to handle or recover from it. This can happen due to various reasons, including software bugs, memory issues, conflicts with other programs or system components, or corrupted files.

To troubleshoot and resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

1. Restart the program: Sometimes, the error may be temporary, and restarting the program can help resolve it.

2. Update or reinstall the program: Check if there are any updates available for the program you are using. If so, install the latest updates, as they may contain bug fixes and improvements. If updating doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

3. Check for system updates: Ensure that your operating system and drivers are up to date. Outdated software components can sometimes cause compatibility issues and trigger exceptions.

4. Disable conflicting software: If you recently installed any new software or made changes to your system, it's possible that a conflict is causing the exception. Try disabling or uninstalling any recently installed software and check if the error persists.

5. Scan for malware: Malware infections can cause various issues on your system, including program errors. Run a full scan with your antivirus software to check for any malware infections.

Providing more details about the program and the steps that led to the error would help in providing a more accurate solution.

You may try   reset AutoCAD to defaults   .

1. Repair AutoCAD installation: Use the Autodesk Installation Diagnostic tool or the "Repair" option in the Windows Control Panel to repair your AutoCAD installation. This can help fix any corrupted files or configuration issues.

2. Clean temporary files: Clear out temporary files and folders associated with AutoCAD. You can use the Disk Cleanup tool in Windows to delete temporary files or use third-party software like CCleaner.

3. Disable third-party plugins: If you have any third-party plugins or add-ons installed in AutoCAD, try disabling them to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, incompatible or outdated plugins can cause conflicts.

4. Test on a different computer: If possible, try running AutoCAD on a different computer to see if the issue is specific to your machine. If AutoCAD works fine on another computer, it could indicate a problem with your hardware or system configuration.
