AutoCAD LT will not activate with student license

I had a problem with my studant license, de program doesn't recognise that a have a studant lincese. One importante observantion: First for all I download da program and used in trial than whem the trial is over a did the stundant license and try to used, but not successfully. Some know what can I do?

Have you checked https://manage.autodesk.com/?

Do you see AutoCAD - Including Specialised Toolsets?

If you don't try requesting AutoCAD from here: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview 

Otherwise try signing in,

In case all of that fails then education support as Ryan suggested would be your best bet.
