AutoCAD intellectual property indemnification

Anonymous
Not applicable

Purchasing AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT single user subscriptions.  Looking for information intellectual property indemnification.  I have reviewed the terms and conditions and the license agreement and I don't see any indemnification of the customer by the Autodesk if we are sued by a third party who alleges that our use of AutoCAD software infringes on the third party intellectual property rights.

Not sure if I fully  understand what you're asking, but anything that you create under a commercial license of Autodesk products belong to you.  Anyhow this is peer to peer network and we are not lawyers associated to Autodesk products.  Smiley LOL

May I ask why you would be sued?   Or worried about it?
