AutoCAD error in download

everytime i try download AUTOCAD in any year version an "ERROR" message pops up ain the inicialization screen, after download the program installer. i can't even start de download because this message make me close de window immediately.

the Error code is always different, i will upload some images.

can somebody help me, please? 😞
