My company has a license for AutoCAD Electrical 2016. It is for 2 PCs. I am trying to remove it from one laptop to another. I keep getting activation limit exceeded. So I tried to transfer from one laptop to anther and received an error reference 45 code. which is, computer does not match the product serial number or the license is reserved under a different login id and password. we have no idea who's login it was installed on and no way of finding out. Any ideas on how to make the transfer work?
