autocad architecture 2016 activation loop

trying to open the newly installed version autocad architecure 2016...keep getting caught in an activation loop..."contact your administrator to request permission to use this product"......"you can either enter a new serial number and then click Activate, or sign in as a different user after clicking the button below"....neither method works and keeps looping back to the same screen......any help appreciated.......  qqq@cencon.us

Hello qqq and welcome to the Autodesk community!

It looks like you’re receiving an error: "Contact your administrator to request permission to use this product". This error occurs due to not have permissions assigned. The following articles should help you resolve the problem:
