Autocad 2021 Installer for Mac not responding

Hi,

I downloaded Autcad2021 for Mac earlier but it tends that the application is not responding. How do I fix this? 

My macOs is Catalina 15.5

Can you provide more details about the problem? What steps did you follow to install? When the installer stopped to respond?

None. I just opened the installer but nothing happens.

Do you have stable Internet connection? What about Firewall on your side?
Have you tried to restart your Mac?

Yes I have. I also restarted my mac many times.

Just noticed on screenshot you posted that the icon of AutoCAD installer looks strange. It should look like this one:

Where did you get installation image (dmg) for AutoCAD 2021?

I got it from the autodesk site.

Can you provide more details about your problem?

What macOS do you have on your Mac?

What AutoCAD for Mac version are you trying to install?

What happens when you run the installer?

Sure,

I'm using Monterrey 12.2.1.

I could install Autocad removing all files and folders from /Library/Application Support/Autodesk. 

Then I was able to install Autocad, but when I click "Enter a serial number", nothing comes up and Autocad seems to crash and quit. I have tried the same with different versions (2020, 2021, 2022) and the same thing happens in all of them.

I have the same issue but I am not able able to install the AutoCAD.

I am using a 2020 mac, intel core with Monterey 12.2.1
