Hi,
I am trying to install cad 2018 on my computer, the first installation was unsuccesful. I have cleaned everything, all the folders, force to uninstall via command prompt (because I couldn't do a proper uninstall). When I try re-installing it says cad 2018 is already installed... but it's not.
I have deleted/unsintall everything. It feels like there is some kind of ghost files.
What can I do?
I tried this it didn't work :

Thank you,

Hello @Anonymous
Welcome to the community!
@Mark.Lancaster is correct. I would also suggest using the MS Fixit tool to uninstall.
