Solved: AutoCAD 2015 0xc0000142 Error occured. - Page 6

Hello.

I installed new autocad 2015 (subscription upgrade).

But I could not start program cause 0xc000142 error.

I tested acrobat unstall method and disable vaccine before autocad install, but it is not operate.

If someone have solution?

I use Windows 7 64bit.

I have 2 licenses and other pc is no problem to start autocad 2015 but other ones have a start problem.

Thks for your attempt at helping but I have no interest in going through
that procedure. If Autodesk cannot provide a product that installs properly
I will remain with acad2016. All I have to say is that Autodesk needs to
work out what are the issue. I have jobs to complete and have no time for
this nonsense. I have no issues with any other software except AutoCad.
Every time I try to upgrade, it's the same story. Autodesk needs to be held
accountable for this high price software.

My problem was with the switchable Graphics - Autocad 2015 was using the discrete card with the high performance settings inside the AMD Catalyst CC, but it didn't work and gave the 0xc0000142 Error. I used the Catalyst Control center and forced autodesk to use the Intel Graphics card, then Autocad 2015 worked fine.

Stick and stol may brake my bones.

I tried this, didn't work unfortunately.

Did uninstalling and re-installing it work for anyone else?
