Area command isn't working.

Small errors have crept into my software.

How do I reload it with being charged a second time?

What kind of errors? Please explain in detail.

The area command isn't working. I can use the properties command but my program freezes.

Entire files have disappeared.

Even though I enter a new command the program still uses the last commend.

If you are still experiencing an issue, please let us know what product version you are using. 

You can also try to update your product with the latest service pack or Hotfixes by visiting the Autodesk website or account to see if that helps.
