AIDA Error - cx_freeze: Python in main script error

I have a Problem with the AIDA Software. 

Everytime someone try to open it we get the Error "cx_freeze: Python in main script error"

It does not matter if we try it on Windows 8 or 10 or with firewall activated oder disabled.

We also tried to clean the temp folder, but even that did not work.

It appears that you are having trouble with your installation.

Changing the download method you are using has also helped others with this issue. Download and install per the Autodesk Virtual Agent in this case, rather than the install now option.

What seems to be the underlying issue or question you're trying to address? Do you need to know if your machines meet the necessary requirements for a particular Autodesk application?

At one computer it worked with cleaning the temp folder (windows 10), but on windows 8 it did not work.

No Darin.Green, because someone installed Inventor many times, but everytime with failures.

If you're using the Install Now Option, that's where most installations fail. Instead, download Inventor from the Autodesk Virtual Agent

• Once there, use Download Links and navigate to the application you need to download.

NOTE: If there are multiple parts for the download, you'll need to click each part to download them, once they are downloaded double-click Part1 (which will automatically extract the remaining parts) to begin the installation.
