Add users

I tried to add users on the user management page, however, no user pop up after i added them.

I repeat the add process and nothing change, please advise the normal way to add user. Thanks.

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

For security reasons you shouldn't be sharing email address here on a world wide user forum, especially an email belonging to someone else.. 

What browser are you using?

Have you cleared your browser cache?

Are active "X" controls disabled (browser settings)?  Update: For clarification, if they are disabled, enable them.
