Welcome to the community..

First thing..  Never and I mean never share your personal information here such as your serial #.  This is a world wide user forum and others can steal your information and guess what it all points back to you.   I will have the moderator remove your image to protect your information.

Next..  Why is your subject matter state linetype when this is an activation issue with your license.
