Activation

I'm trying to activate the Architectural Desktop 2005 on the Windows 10 PRO 64Bits operating system (version 1803) on my laptop.

After filling out the company data and attempting to obtain the Authorization Code, this error appears – Script Error.

I tried to get the Authorization code on the AVA website (Autodesk Virtual Agent) https://ava.autodesk.com/, but after placing the Serial Number, this error appears – Sorry, something went wrong while processing your request. Contact Support

 


How can I resolve the situation?

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

 

That version or product is retired/unsupported and will not work on Windows 10.  Where did you get this 14 year old product from?
