I have assigned a new user to an AutoCAD LT license:

Contract 110001348622

Serial number: xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx

He gets the following when trying to use the product. What have I done wrong or what is he doing wrong?

These are public forums, remove your serial number before a software pirate steals your license from you forever.

You'll need to give your user access to use the software.

Since your company or you purchased a term license, you will need to be assigned access to users to gain access to the software via Autodesk Account. By default, the person who made the purchase is given this access to the purchased product, if that was someone other then you, then they need to un-assign it from them and reassign it to you.
