Activation of Revit 2017

Hello,

I am trying to activate my Autodesk Revit 2017.  I am getting a message saying my serial code does not match.  In my profile it says that I have downloaded the 2018 version of Revit and it is providing a serial code for that version.  I have not downloaded that version of Revit.

Welcome to the community..

Are you a student?   If so it doesn't sound like you requested the correct version.  You will have to go back and request the 2017 version here.   As a reminder each version has its own serial # and product key.
