Activation issue various erros

I have been having issues trying to Activate the Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suite.  I have all the info right, but it keeps asking for administrator permission.  Not sure what's going on.  I have a screen cast below on youtube (unlisted - please keep it that way),

A few factors which may/may not be important.

  • I am on a windows 10 machine - my login credentials are different than my Autodesk ones
  • I purchased the license in Canada through my company, but I am currently in Taiwan.
  • The local ISP uses floating IPs
  • I have a license for the 2013 Entertainment suite.  After ggetting errors I attempted to completely uninstall everything, including components and started with a clean install.

I used the Trial license without any issues.  Both Maya and Motionbuilder worked very well.

OK, I fixed this by deleted Autodesk Direct Connect and all the associated components using Revo Uninstaller Pro.  Both Maya and Motionbuilder load fine now!  Took 2 days to find this solution.  Hope it helps others.
