Activation Error

When I tried to activate the program... these boxes showed up.

The product is Maya 2020 for Mac OS X (English).

Any help? Thanks.

However I would look in your Account Manager and make sure you have a Serial number still (don't post it here) or if it now says Sign In,

Slowly serial numbers are getting changed to Named Users

I have the serial number, but after I clicked the box "Enter Product Information" (the first picture), another box just popped up (the second picture) showing "A license error has occurred..." (without any chance for me to type in the serial number.)
