We switched to acad/Civil3d 2022 a while ago and have had nagging issues with Office 2016 32 bit.
Most of them are solved by uninstalling the MS access db engine 2016 and running an office repair.
Recently though, we are seeing many machines not behave after the office repair.
Excel takes 3 minutes to open a file, but not if an admin is logged in.
Something is going on where the repair cannot untangle what the cad 2022 install did.
Its become emergency status as IT will not install acad any more until its resolved, and I agree with them.
Has anyone been through this and been forced to upgrade to office 64 bit?
I don't think its an office 2016 issue, but the fact that its 32 bit.
Office 365 32 bit seems to have the same issues from what I read.
My suggestion will be to upgrade to 64 bit, which costs.
thanks
