From saturday my educational version of 3dsmax 2016 didn't start.
First I've installated the last upgrade, nothing happen.
I've removed the program and reinstalled...nothing.
I tried to start max in safe mode, but it was the same.
I've removed the flexnet files and try to start max, but nothing...
So I've decided to downgrade to max 2015, so when I get the on line activation Error 46 appear...
How can I do? Someone can help me?
tks
massimo
Hi, one thing you could try is to use the system restore to restore your system with a point restore from friday or a date before the problem occured.
Hello @Anonymous,
I just wanted to follow up here, any progress on your issue? Did it work out? I'd like to try to help here if possible. If you could attach your event viewer logs it may help, and thank you.
