3dsmax 2017 mentalray.dlz error 127 on Windows 10

Hi, I tried the solutions posted about this problem and they didn't worked (delete the folder of 3ds max 2017 on appdata/etc...). Any other suggestions? Is this a windows 10 problem? I tried reinstalling all the visual studio packages, no luck ๐Ÿ˜ž

Alternatively, please make sure you have the latest service pack installed before attempting to install the software.
