3DS Max trial issues

Hello,

I have downloaded 3ds Max trial, used it for one day, after that it won´t load the starting screen properly.

Error would pop up, that there was problem with the java script on the loading screen page, so I can not see any buttons, except "enter serial number" button, that is not working anyway. If I click on any button on error popup, which is yes or no, it would shut down everything.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Hello kamilaclar and welcome to the Autodesk community!

It looks like you need to find out more about downloading or re-downloading software, or are having issues that may be resolved by re-downloading.

For Windows users, before downloading products on Windows 10, please check that the product is compatible.

Hello,

I have uninstalled and reinstalled whole 3ds max installation. But it didn´t resolved my problem.

I am using win 10 64 bit version. I could used it for one whole day, did two restarts that day and it worked perfectly. After that I keep getting error message, that the java script couldn´t load. Nothing has changed on my computer between those two days.

Thanks for any ideas.:)

For those who will eventually come to the same problem: there is one solution, since the script is on autodesk webpage, you can disconnect from the internet and start the trial, after that you can connect back.

Once again, I am talking about this script: http://ipm.autodesk.com/ipm/common/scripts/2016/baseline-treatment.js

Thanks.:)
