Hi, I just downloaded and installed 3ds max student version 2019, I launched the application and all was going smoothly. However, when i signed in my Autodesk account 3ds max didn't appear in "All Products and services" under management tab (see photo) . I need to install 3ds max interactive.
Does anyone have any idea?

You should wait for it. Maybe sign out and then sign in again will work for you. Go to 3ds max desktop application and sign in from there too. It worked for me after sometime later the same day.

Dear Natasha and Fadi,
Thanks to you both for your advice - seems I was just being impatient after all! I waited the 24 hours and then all was right - I didn't realise it took a while for the relevant details to percolate through. No signing in/out of anything needed!
Please let me know if I haven't marked a solution - but it does look like one has been marked?
Cheers.
