3ds Max 2016 application stop when startup

Installed Infor

1. win7 -64 bit ;

2.3ds Max2016 Design64bit

3.V-ray.3.4 for 3dsmax2016;

First step:

1.startup the 3ds Max ---- > tested the system --- the 3ds Max working right ;

2. use the Vray rendering function -- OK ;

second  Step:

1. runging as a rendering server ( backburner) , connect to the manager is OK;

2. server can accept Job and runging the render task ( can finish few task )

3. the windows show the error "3ds Max application stop work "

4. I try to startup the 3ds Max manual , it can't launch anymore , even i reinstall the 3ds Max, it still not work.

Please kindly help me

supplementary Information:

1.Follow my 3ds max's error ,  if i change to startup 3dsmax in different Language ,

the 3ds max can startup and work, But it's not working stable ; Maybe can finished few render tasks with backburner server.  the some error will happen ;

 after that , i need to close the backburner server again , and startup the 3ds max in another language i don't use before ; and it will startup normally ; and then i will startup the backburner server , this machine still can get the Job from the Manager and make the render task ;

Later the 3ds max error again . this will circulatory until all eight Language used , this machine is dead now , Only rebuilt the OS and software ...

Could you try to reset 3ds max after you can't launch 3ds max?

I guess something was broken in your user setting. And I'm not sure what's it is.
