3ds Max 2016,2015,2012 won't start up

3ds Max 2016,2015,2012 won't start up

   I've installed 3ds Max 2016 and when I try to open the software the splash screen show up and it stuck at "Starting 3ds Max..." and then the splash screen disappear  as well as 3dsmax.exe in windows task manager.

 

   I've tried to change the name of ENU folder,open as Administrator,open with another user account, repair, reinstall,fully uninstall and reinstall but the problem still  exist

   

  after that I tried the same process with 3ds max 2015,2014,2012 and I get the same problem. It wont start up it stuck at "Starting 3ds Max..." and then the splash screen disappear. I do a fully uninstall everytime before install the new version

 

Here is my system

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Nvidia Gforce gtx 660 with Driver version 10.18.13.6881

Intel Core(TM)i7-4770 @3.40GHz
