3ds Max 2015 with student license, installation keeps failing

Hi, I have been trying to install 3ds Max for days and it keeps failing, I am pretty sure my laptop fullfils the requirements and I don't have a communication problem. I have tried the solutions offered for others who are I guess having the same problem as I do, but no such luck. Please help, I can't understand why this is happening 😞  I also can't understand the log file, so I guess I can't properly understand the problem.
