2018 license expired and need activation code

Hello,
Suddenly, without warning yesterday morning, I turned on my computer to begin working on an ongoing project, and when opening AutoCAD it informed me my license had expired and I need to activate it ( I have posted screenshots). I was on the chat with a representative yesterday for over an hour then she had to get back to me after she spoke to her team. She sent me this message. I have a 2018 version of AutoCAD so why is this pertaining to me? I just need to get back to working so any advice would be appreciated. I was told by her through chat that I had a permanent license so why can I not just get another activation code? My product information is attached and all the error messages I received after I tried to enter my serial number.
"Dear Leslie,
As informed in the previous email the software you are trying to activate is not eligible anymore for use under the Previous Version Rights benefit the product version 2010 and earlier are no longer supported since August 31, 2019 but let me check with the team if I get special approval to provide this activation code to you.
