Hello,
First, I'd like to preface this issue with the fact that I am quite new to the installation and licensing of AutoDesk. I have been doing my best to read and follow the information in the Knowledge Network, but I am running out of time for my lab images.
I work for a SUNY college in Delhi, NY as the Desktop Administrator in charge of deploying lab images, and my lab images require AutoDesk. I have installed the various features that each lab needs as an administrator, and when I log into the student accounts that will be using the labs and run the various AutoDesk programs (Revit, Inventor, etc) I am asked how I would like to license the programs every time I run the program. I am running out of time before the semester starts and am starting to panic.
My license server seems to be functioning properly, as I can license the programs as myself on the same machines, it's just that the licenses don't "stick" once I login as the students.
If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The issue you're having is due to not creating a network deployment first, then installing onto the machine from that deployment. That being said, you'll have to perform the following:
SERVERNAME meaning the actual name of the server.
This will force all of the applications on that machine to the correct server for licensing.

Thank you for your help, that seems to have done the trick!
I see there are varying amounts of folders on other machines, is this because the software has not been opened yet perhaps? Will i need to open all the software in order to apply this fix?
Thank you again, one piece of software down, one to go!
