2017 Helius Will Not Install

Has anyone else also had the message attached given to them when installing Helius? It will not install.

The other message I can get is setup.exe is not found. This happens when I go to downloads and open the files in my folder. I've tried Virtual Install which installs it, but will not run when it is opened. The loading screen turns blank and becomes frozen. My system has the requirements which is very odd.

Thank you for any help!

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

I don't have any installation information about this product.   However the install now option is famous for failing.  I would recommend that you try method #2 per this article: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/community/article/113466

Thanks for the reply Mark! Unfortunately, it did not install correctly even with your suggested method. Next I will try to install on another laptop I have. Not too hopeful but worth a shot.

Without your installation log file we can only speculate what the issue is at this point.  So attach your installation file here so we can review it.

Posting info: Sometimes the installation log file contains the serial # that was assigned to you.  Open your log file using Windows Notepad and perform a search on "/SN".  Depending on the number of installation attempts, your serial # may be located throughout the log file.  If present, remove or "X" out your serial # prior to posting.
