We have a 4 user network license of ACAD 2016, I requested and got a Home Use serial number and Product key from Autodesk.
I installed it at home with no problems but one of my users tried to install it at home and it asks him to insert Disk 1. So the problem is there is no Disk 1 because Autodesk does not send out CD's or DVD's and we downloaded the installation files. I copied them to a thumb drive and he took that home to do the install.
He did have ACAD 2015 Home Use installed at home and I had him uninstall 2015 and try again but it still asks to insert disk 1. Any clue on how to get the Home Use ACAD 2016 to install from a thumb drive?

Have the person access the Autodesk Virtual Agent site from their PC and follow the download links to your product. Download all of the parts first and then go to your download location. Extract (double click) part 1 and in a few seconds the extraction will start. It will then prompt you to extract to C:\Autodesk and once the extraction is finished the installation will start. Also make sure you have admin rights, UAC is turned off and Anti-Virus temporary disabled prior to installing the application.
