2016 3dsMax not installing

I am unable to install 2016 3ds Max onto my laptop.  I download it and at the end it says that there are errors.  I read through several posts and tried some of the solutions to no avail.  I attempted the Virtual Agent and I downloaded Microsoft Fixit and the file was not located, which makes sense.  However, I selected the not listed option and hoped for the best but it did not work.  I have wasted so much time trying to install this software and would greatly appreciate help in regards to this matter.

The issue is with using the web installer. Download the software from the Autodesk Virtual Agent

Once there, use the Download Links option to navigate to the application you need to download.

NOTE: If there are multiple parts for the download, you'll need to click each part to download them, once they are downloaded double-click Part1 (which will automatically extract the remaining parts) to begin the installation.

In addition to @Darin.Green information (to use the Autodesk Virtual Agent)..

Although you were probably unaware of this, but when you post or share stuff here, please make sure it doesn't include your personal information such as your serial #. This is a world wide user forum and that type of info should not be included in your posting. Granted the installation log file helped us to determine your root cause (but it did contain your serial #)... So in the future remove or blur it out before posting. I will have the moderator remove it in order to protect your information.
