1619 ERROR 3Ds Max URGENT!

I bought a new computer and when installing the program gives me error, I attach the capture of text which indicates the error.
I see trying to find how to fix my computer characteristics that meet the requirements to support the program, I also installed manually c ++ without any results.

I need urgent help because I have a delivery in a few days and I have no other way to work.

Can you try rebooting the machine and running the installer again?
