Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2016 and 2017 in Windows 10.
There is a problem with importing/migrating user settings from previous versions.
When I install the software, initially everything works fine. I then as a normal user try to migrate my settings from 2016 or 2015 and the programs stop working (ACAD 2016, 2017, ACAD Architecture 2016, 2017, ACAD MEP 2016, 2017). By stop working I mean that the software will not boot. It loads as normal all the way to where you think it should be opening your default template and then the software crashes. If you reset the software to default configuration it immediately starts working again. I have also tried to merge/import settings from one CUI file into the new software and that also causes the software to stop working.
At this time it appears thay you have to set up any custom CUI or other settings manually, including Custom Menu's, Workspaces, ToolBars, plotter styles or file templates rather than migrating or importing them from previous versions of the software.
