We're having trouble loading your content right now. Please try again later.

When launching fusion desktop, I get this error message on the top left "We're having trouble loading your content right now. Please try again later." When I double click any of the designs I've created over the past few years, it won't open them.

 

I have reset my password and logged out and back into the website. 

I have uninstalled, rebooted, and re-installed fusion and ensured I've logged in using the proper account. 

 

I can see all my projects, fusion just won't let me open them. 

 

I am using the free Autodesk Fusion Personal version so Agent support is not available.

Additionally, when I go to the website, click my profile, then click "Subscriptions and Contracts", I get the following message. I have cleared my browser cookies and cache and the issue persists.

When I try to load one of my designs in fusion, this error message shows up on the bottom right:

The system status website shows no current issues.

@djnibler It could be an issue at Autodesk (most likely looking at the message), or a network issue on your end (if you changed or added or updates security software), or your internet connection is just too slow for some reason out of your control.

 

The fix is "... try again later.. " which could be in an hour, later today, tomorrow or Monday. You could give this similar issue a try in the meantime
