When launching fusion desktop, I get this error message on the top left "We're having trouble loading your content right now. Please try again later." When I double click any of the designs I've created over the past few years, it won't open them.
I have reset my password and logged out and back into the website.
I have uninstalled, rebooted, and re-installed fusion and ensured I've logged in using the proper account.
I can see all my projects, fusion just won't let me open them.
I am using the free Autodesk Fusion Personal version so Agent support is not available.
Additionally, when I go to the website, click my profile, then click "Subscriptions and Contracts", I get the following message. I have cleared my browser cookies and cache and the issue persists.
When I try to load one of my designs in fusion, this error message shows up on the bottom right:
The system status website shows no current issues.
