Uninstall and reinstall Inventor 2020 problems

I've been having problems with this. First of all, the installation program said that Inventor 2020 was already installed and I had to manually install the English language pack. I then had to use the Microsoft Fixit to completely uninstall Inventor 2020. When I reinstalled it, everything was going fine until it hung up on the Inventor installation. It was hung up for over an hour. When I tried to minimize the program, it hung up my computer forcing me to reboot it.  Now I get this message (Capture 1) and the Inventor files (ipj, iam and ipt) aren't registered (Capture 2). I got the first patch to install, but not the hotfix. Is there a newer patch available?

You may want to try to clean uninstall the software first by following these steps:

Perform a clean uninstall

And try to re-install the software using Browser Download method.
