Unhandled Execption (Dump) with dumpuser info

Hello 2 days ago i wanted to install 3ds max but at the setup installation an error comes up with this deatils:
adsk_setup_minidump.dmp
dmpuserinfo.xml
dumpdata.zip

I tried a lot of things like .Net uninstall and install agin, run as administrator, run in windows xp 3 service pack , other .

you cannot run 3ds Max 2017 on xp! that is probably why your getting that error requirements Microsoft® Windows® 7 (SP1), Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 Professional operating system

(I have Windows 10 i just try to run is xp service pack 3 sorry(

you cannot run it on xp. if you have windows 10 then you need to make sure you max loaded on that and update windows to the lastest net verison, make sure you have all the 3ds max 2017 lastest updates installed,

if it still doesn't work then i would try and reinstall max and reinstall it.
